Cross Country

This week in Te Ngahere we have been getting fit for cross country. This has been really hard because I am not fit or ready for cross country but I will try my best. To get ready for cross country we are doing some laps around our field for 20 minutes we have also been doing some circuit training sit ups, ski jumps, jumping jacks and crab walking to help with our fitness.
